Knew his business. Curteous. Answered my questions. Came on time at the beginning of the window. Was here at 9AM. Gave me a very reasonable price.

I paid $500 to replace four leaky sprinkler valves. I immediately regretted saying yes for that price. It took him less than an hour to complete the job and the parts where less than $150 at full cost if I were to buy them myself. So that means I paid $350 an hour or more for labor. This is ridiculous, he was not a surgeon he was a sprinkler repair man. I should have done the job myself and next time will if it ever comes up. I feel I was taken advantage of and would never use this company again. My reason is purely their overcharging. The service itself was fine and they came out the same day I called.
