Sprinkler Logic

I would rate a professional on how they treat their Customer's time. If the repair takes 1.5 hrs to fix, but I have to take a whole day off to connect with the repairman, I'm not real happy. And when they sit in front of my house for 45 mins and then come up late to the apt - well I don't appreciate it. He did fix an extra thing for me which I do appreciate. If you say 1 hr I expect 1 hr.

Repairman was Austin who was very knowledgeable. Response was prompt and the work was excellent.

Bryan, the Tech, did a great job coming up with solutions for our irrigation issues and installed a great drip system. The project was a great value and a very efficient system. Excellent Service with personal follow-up by Jimmy Chillquist and his team to make sure we totally satisfied and that the system worked perfectly.

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable and offered a great solution towards my sprinkler repair need. Also, service fee was cost efficient.

The company was not sprinkler logic, it was Service Now. I was not sure who it was when I received the call from Home Advisor. The tech's name was Issac Lawson, he was really good.

I was disappointed in the work that was done. I explained the issue I was having and asked if he could do the job, he stated yes and he could start now. I asked what would this cost me, he gave me the price I said ok. The sad news he didn't do what he said. and wanted to charge me more money as he put it to fix the problem.

Great communication and very friendly technician. Very reasonable prices.
