Our lawn still looks awful a year after they installed a complete new sprinkler system. The trenches were never completely filled in and the grass did not grow back completely. We had them come back a few times to try to get the lawn looking better but it's still ugly. Very disappointed, waste of money.

If it was within a year and the ditches have sunk I am happy to fix it. Our number is on the invoice please call and ask our office to have me call you. I do not want unsatisfactory jobs. Our customers and opinions are part of helping us improve. Coverage too. If it's a new system we installed and your not getting 100% coverage that should be fixed too.

What should have taken 1 day took 6 days. The person who told me that they would be doing the job was a no show and his replacement was late and unprepared. The technician had a scheduled court date right in the middle of our job, and the company did not send another technician to fill in while he was out. The tech also took a 3 day weekend for whatever reason. Not happy with this company. The days that we had a technician here, he was late all 3 days. The work quality was good, but I would not recommend them if you are in a hurry to get it done.

The Technician, Jonathan, was extremely polite and professional, and did not object my observing him while he worked. Jonathan readily located the problem and expertly repaired it. Oh, and I must also say that he was on time as scheduled. Thank you, Sprinkler Logic and Jonathan for putting my mind as ease.

Was surprised to get a call from them on a Sunday. The same day I submitted my request. The tech came out and replaced one of my my sprinkler values. Austin was friendly and professional.
