Sprinkler Logic

Sprinkler Logic was the only company who contacted me of the three companies provided. I received a call within minutes of my request, the scheduled an appointment for 3 days later (today) between 1-5pm. The technician was actually able to come out almost 2 hours earlier. I thought my problem was a broken sprinkler line, but he was able to determine that the sprinkler heads were bad. A much less serious problem and He did the work in less than 2 hours. I was very happy w/o the results and service all the way around and would probably use them again.

All went well. Broken valves were replace and rewired. Took their time to ensure all was working well prior to leaving the property.

Friendly, prompt, focused on repairing what was needed, did not try to sell more expensive services that were not needed. I would call them again in the future.

He gave me a price of $400.00 to repair my sprinkler system. I said that was high and he quoted me $375.00. He replaced my clock and checked all the sprinkler systems. After 4 hours he got the front yard working in the system but not the back yard. He said he could come back tomorrow and see if he could figure out why the back yard would not water, he thought it was an electrical problem. A additional charge would be $90.00 to start with. I chose to decline.
