Steve was very thorough in explaining the process, and was able to schedule the job and complete it in a timely manner. What was great too was that they were solely dedicated to getting the job completely done at our house and not jumping between several jobs. Also, in the process of tearing out the old deck, they discovered a potential structural problem to our house caused from a water leak years ago that hadn't been caught. With Steve's engineering background he designed a solution to repair this area, then had it then approved by a structural engineering firm, saving us thousands of dollars. We also had them replace many boards with dry rot all around the house and secured our loose brick work. This team was personable, easy to work with, reasonably priced and we are so glad a friend recommended them. Any future work we need done, we'll be sure to hire them again!"
