I didn't get english speaking technicians, even when I specially requested. I can't speak Spanish. And evidently they didn't understand me either. Over-promised and under delivered. Miscommunication on appointment time. Installed wrong thermostat and took my old (2 months old) one with them, when I asked to keep it. Poured something on ground in my landscape bed. ?? Bought one brand, they installed another. I withheld $900. until after inspection. They called 1 hour after the inspection wanting their money. To be fair, another person came out and installed the correct thermostat , promised to clean the ducts as promised, and resolve my co

They were quick to respond and quick to do the service. They went above and beyond. I really like them and feel like I can trust them. I think they might be a little high but I believe it will be worth it..

Definitely exceeded expectations. Thorough, professional, very knowledgeable, provided advice beyond just what needed fixing and even told me where to buy the best and cheapest filters. I have no need to shop around in the future.

They were very prompt and courteous. We just had them come for an estimate, but their estimate seemed very high. We did not have the work done as it is not a major problem at this time.

The installation team did an excellent job. They were efficient and professional. I had a little bit of a problem with scheduling due to delay in receiving the heat pump, but Right Now, Inc., came through with their installation guarantee and I was compensated for the delay adequately.

They did a good job, but there were some issues. They arrived late and took longer then scheduled. That's not entirely their fault, because there were a few hitches in the process, but the technicians who came weren't briefed on the major electrical hookup by the person who did the bid. Overall, though, things went well and the tech's were personable.
