My repair was not an emergency, but Right Now Heating and Air treated it as if it were at least to me. I was impressed by the professionalism of both the front desk staff and the person sent to do the repair. I will certainly call them If I need another plumber.

The technicians were very professional and cleaned up the furnace area after installation. Explained all our options and we feel very confident in our decision to purchase a new furnace and weâ re nice and warm!!

Everything was file. The appointments were made on-time. The response was quick. The price was competitive, after some negotiations. I did not give five starts only because when crew arrived to install the A/C, they found that the coil would not fit. The salesman did not take the measurements of the duct where the coil is located. The installers worked with the back office to find a coil that did fit. I guess I was lucky. After that, all was good. The installers did a very good job.
