I had a good experience overall. The first work crew worked diligently, but had miscalculated some of the settings for the water heated they also installed. Luckily, it only took a quick follow up call to have someone return to the property and correct the issue.

They really are" Right Now", showed up the next day, I was presented with repair/replacement options........ they removed and installed a new furnace the next day.Totally happy with new furnace. These guys were gone before the other contractor called me back !!

Our AC wasn't working. We called Right Now and they were able to come out and repair it right away, but because of the age, it was gonna take a serious dive again. (Our cheap heating and AC system was 17 years old and not functioning well at all, so we had already made the decision to replace it). Right Now did that for us a few days later with a nice discount on the package, plus they took off the price for the part that we'd paid them to fix the old AC. They were clean, fast, efficient, and very courteous (even offered to take my big trash can to the street, but I did it myself - heck they had work to do! ;), and they even put up with my talking! When finished, they cleaned up everything and hauled their trash off with them, including the old AC and furnace. I highly recommend them to anyone needing either repairs or replacement of AC and/or furnace units, as we have used them for several years in the past to come fix our AC, and they always got it fixed. WE HAD NEW AC/HEAT BOTH INSTALLED AND THE CREW THAT DID IT WAS FABLOUS, THEY WORKED 14 HOURS TO COMPLETE THE JOB AND WERE VERY POLITE, CONSIDERATE AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO DO A LITTLE EXTRA.
