Didn't show at the time I was told. The pro. was sorry for not being on time so was the company. I let that go. The the pro. taught me things I did not know. I really appreciated that. I wasn't going to have him leave without knowing if there was a problem that could of been fixed. I wanted more of his expertise on it. He was glad to explain it. I had him take care of any issue that he found. I was very satisfied with the overall experience. I received a discount. A sincere apology. I appreciated what he did to make sure I was satisfied.

Had 2 crews working in concert to replace furnace, A/C, ducting, return air and all new water supply lines...big job...2 days. Scored A+ in all aspects.

They will rip you off, Just lowered from 3 stars to 1 star. I paid for a duct tune up and just discovered that there was no way they inspected all of the ducts. ** They did ok installing this. It went from 5 stars to 3 stars. There was lots problems and they all got worked out except one thing. I was sold a 20KW unit and only have 18KW. They had to fix that also. I believe only a 10KW unit got installed at first. They had to upgrade it after the install and was told the biggest one available was 18KW. Got told that the new 18KW puts out the same BTU as a 20KW counter part. I still have the text. That is not true. 1 KW=3412.142BTU KW is KW. That would be like our race car is only putting out 300HP but with the new carb it is the same as 325HP. I also still think the charge is still not quite right on the heat pump but I am sick of dealing with it for now. I think it could put out a little more heat. I will wait and we will take care of it at a later date. OVERALL THEY DID GOOD AT GETTING THE NEW FURNACE/AIR UP AND RUNNING. IT JUST TOOK A LOT LONGER THAN I EXPECTED. This review may be changing depending on future service.

The plumber initially used Tektite fittings and they didnâ t work. We went to the hardware store together and purchased Shark Bite fittings. They worked well. However, that added another 1-2 hours to the time to complete the repair. It would be better if Right Now Plumbing stocked the Shark Bite fittings.

They were extremely curteous. Kept us up to date as to what was happening and the safety features of the system. Chris & Mark really earned their money.

Steve and his crew really had their work cut out for themselves with our mystery leak. Process of elimination and we found the two culprits plus we now know where our inside shutoff is. (Minus the holes that my husband made (so he could use a new flex light tool that he bought) to search for the shutoff) All is well that ends well! Thank you Steve and crew! Awesome working with you!
