Right Now responded quickly to install my heater/air conditioner. They hauled out an old steel monster of a coal-converted-to-gas heater from my basement up a steep stairwell and replaced it with a quiet, efficient furnace. The workers were polite and careful. .

HVAC installers were polite and courteous. Left the woirk areas clean. Customer service was very good. Did not pass inspection the first time but they promptly sent out a technician to correct the issue.

It takes a long time, and multiple trips for them to get it right. The service part is great. But when you but something from them it's the same as buying a car, you feel like the salesman is just trying to get your money, and the promises come fast and furious, but the follow through is lacking. If you just need you stuff serviced, call them. Be wary about buying anything from them.

They came out for an estimate, and I hired them because they could do the job that afternoon. The price was in the middle of estimates, but 'right now' was a plus. 'Right now' turned into way longer than it should have taken, though. That being said, right is better than fast.

They came out the same day I called them and installed my new HVAC system on a Saturday morning. Everyone was professional and polite and kept me up to date on the progress.
