The install went great. It was the service after the install that was lacking. I've had an issue with one of the units since it was installed. It made a lot of noise. They cam out at least six times to work on it and still nothing changed. I finally just gave up. The first guy told me he would be back and never showed up again. He told the company he had fixed the issue but hadn't done anything. Two of the repairmen didn't have white caulking on their truck. I kept having to call back in. Recently it started dripping water inside the house. Instead of calling I pulled off the moulding and discovered the water line had pulled apart and had been held together with a few wraps of electrical tape. I wold recommend the company however you need to really stay on them if there is an issue.
