I liked the fact that the workers and office team were friendly. I liked the booties they wore to keep my floors nice. I liked that they apologized and I believe did their best to fix mistakes. I didn't care for three mishaps that kept we out of my office for no reason - sending wrong person out etc. I didn't appreciate them saying I needed to replace a heat exchanger then finding out through a second opinion that it was under warranty. Maybe that was just a oversite? I don't think this company is crooked. I want to state that categorically but the mistakes were rookie ones and they caused frustration on my end and would have cost me more money than necessary if I didn't get that 2nd opinion.
