They were quick to respond for a quote and schedule service. They were slightly higher than the competition. but I was impressed by customer service and HVAC Technicians.

They were able to do the work that I requested but were able to help me complete more insulation/attic solar fan which were also needed and packaged at a very affordable price. They came over in a timely manner and completed the job quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. I had a slight problem with the install and they quickly came back out to correct the problem. I am looking forward to a more efficient unit and lower heating/air conditioning bills.

We tried to set times for installation because as landlords we had a 110 mile trip to the site. Customer service called the morning of and advised we were late as their team was going to be at the house and hour before the schedule. We explained our contract and were advised to get there as quickly as possible as the team would be waiting. When we arrived the team had not showed up. Needless to say, we were disappointed to be hammered when we had kept our commitment. With this company, you need to tie down details!

Right Now Heating & Air was quick to response to fix my family's need of getting a new air conditioning unit installed. When their competitor told us we would have to wait at least a week before receiving a replacement. With Right Now Heating & Air Conditioning we had a new unit install the next day but if we had called them earlier in the day a Sunday we could have had the air conditioning unit installed that same day. Fantastic! Customer service, Sale representation, as well as installation.

the estimate was on July 3rd and they came on the 4th of July to install the AC. the installers were great and conscientious and by the end of the day I had cool. Oh, and if they mention the UV smoke particulate and allergen filter take it, it works.

Very prompt and professional service. Also provided some excellent additional services such as vent cleaning and some additional attic insulation. I would prefer less info from the salesman about the company and instead do some load calculations to insure the AC unit is sized properly that another company provided.
