I wouldn't recommend Right Now Heating and Air to anyone. I hired them to install fiberglass insulation in my crawl space. They subcontracted to another company, who installed insulation that immediately started giving off a strong, unpleasant odor (something like burnt glue). The smell irritates my lungs and makes it hard to breathe. I did some online research and discovered that other people have had the same problems with that brand of insulation. I repeatedly contacted Right Now asking that they remove the insulation and give me my money back, but they are refusing to give me a refund. The only thing they are willing to do is to remove the insulation and replace it with the same kind of insulation, which may have the same odor / lung irritation problems. I will not do business with this company again, and would't recommend them to anyone. After some hard negotiations, they've now decided to refund me fully.

Work quality quite poor, left vents not centered and wall board dust in my entire home. Refused to perform simple work specified and took three months to complete. Would not return calls to schedule completion for 2 months, so I had to call the finance company to submit a claim. They called the next day to finish the job, which they did. After six days the heat pump has failed. I would certainly encourage all to look around for another contractor for any HVAC work.

Replaced a Furnace, Hot Water Heater and installed new Heat Pump. They did an excellent job, and we are VERY Happy with our new items. They came RIGHT NOW and were done before their competitor called back. Will give them a call FIRST when I need them again.
