This company completely understood my situation in regards to having a hot water heater fail. The receptionist and crew dispatcher Gary, were the best to work with and had there crew, all parts and supplies to complete the job out the same day. They worked with me to give me the best price, had a quick response time and we're all expertise in their profession. "The Guys were all great. They even wore booties over their shoes when coming into the house. " "Thank you all."

I had other contractors bid on the project. Only Right Now took the time to look everything over, explain the air conditioner system and volunteer to add a vent to our bedroom. He explained the quality of the different products. They were by far the least expensive and we now have a top quality unit and the annual service is much less expensive.

They installed a swamp cooler in 2009. The installation was done poorly, and they charged to come back and fix their mistakes. I was very clear with them that I was unhappy with the work, but my complaints fell on deaf ears. I would not use this company again and wouldn't recommend it to others.
