Worst experience ever. I called on Friday they said they would be out that day, it was Monday before they came. I asked if they worked on Rheem products they told me yes. I told them I needed my water heater cleaned to rid the code off of it. All they did was charge me $427 to pour 2 gallons of vinegar through the system. When the code returned I called and they wanted to charge me another $149 to have the tech call me. I had them call me the next day. they sent out another tech and he had to look up the unit he had no idea what he was dealing with. He call the mfg and found out how to clean the injectors he told me it would be $1090 with no warranty on the work or I could buy a new one for $4500. The previous plumber (he retired) only charged us around $200 to clean the injectors. He always knew exactly what was wrong. I would rather have the company tell me that they didn't work on it than to waste my time and my money for a non-repair. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN

The price they quoted was the price I paid. No extras or add on. They charge by the job and not hourly, which was very nice. Jeff did excellent work in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them

I had hired another plumbing in the pat and after hiring this company I realized the difference in the quality of the work They may have been cheaper but in the long run I probably spent more on energy and water waste bc of poor quality work and materials

My water heater is still under parts warranty. I received gas vapor sensor from manufacturer and I had it installed by a plumber. But he was unable to make it work. Plumber from Precision Plumbing called the manufacturer's tech support and make it work in 5 minutes. It cost me $179 just for that. No receipt was issued even after repeated requests.
