Ari did a great job Tuesday. I believe he volunteered before going home. We so appreciative. He diagnosed the problem immediately. He was kind enough to talk to the person at the home warranty to ok the charges which never happened for the better part of a half hour to no avail. He told us Thursday to get fixed but called JULIE out just in case something opened up Wednesday. It was the end of his day but never rushed us or made us feel like we were bothering him. Ari provided excellent customer service, correct diagnosis. We were so distraught with our situation. When he left it was a weight lifted off our shoulders. Thank you.

I contacted them and they were able to schedule an appointment for the removal of the old tank heater and install the new tankless heater the next day. They contacted me with an arrival time, Dean was very professional and kept me up to date on the progress. He was very professional and did a nice job on the project, we are very happy with the new tankless heater.
