Both the work and technician himself were exceptional. We were really happy with the consultation and range in offering. The only down side was cost. We purchased a unit that has a market value of around $150-$200 and our bill was over $600. This means that to install the unit labor was $200 or above per hour.

I loved that the tech used PPE during his visit during this Covid time especially but think the shoe covers are a must irregardless! Carl, the technician was very friendly and very knowledgeable and did my toilet repair very quickly and efficiently. Even Michelle who routed the call was extremely pleasant and took into account my Senior status with a discount. The cost of the repair was a bit more than I expected even with discount but the quality and professionalism were very important.
