We have dealt with this company for over a decade. They have proved their value time and time again. They get assigned their next job after finishing their work in your home. So, there is never a rush to get a service done before it is done completely and correctly. Rates are a little high but you get what you pay for.

I have worked with a lot of contractors over the years, and yesterday I finally found a plumber I feel like I can trust. Paul was timely, he communicated clearly, was friendly, and he did a complete, correct, professional job. In addition, he did one extra change to the existing piping that wasn't strictly necessary but took his work from good/satisfactory to great/excellent. I highly recommend Paul W at Precision. He clearly has a strong work ethic and cares about doing a good job. Any reservations I have with the company's customer service were all related to the home office, not the plumber himself. All in all, though, there was nothing that would keep me from calling them again.

The majority of the time I contacted this company the people answering the phone were very friendly and courteous. On the day of my install, the last person I spoke to was not as nice. Regardless, that didn’t give me a bad impression of the company as a whole. Chad, the service technician, was awesome. He took the time to inform me of my options on repairing or replacing my hot water heater without attempting to sway my decision. Once installed, he made sure that the water was flowing normally from every faucet. He then informed me of everything he did during the install. Chad definitely gets an A in customer service and experience.
