Have used Precision 3 or 4 times Always completely satisfied Every employee has been terrific. Explain everything- the problem the options the cost etc We have recommended to a number of family and friends. Highly recommended. You know when they are coming who they are with a photo. Couldn't be better.

When nicor told me at 1:00pm that I had two gas leaks in the piping feeding the water heater and that they would have to shut off the gas until corrected, I called Precision and they assigned the next available technician to us. Carl arrived around 5pm and assessed the problems and how best to fix them. He had to go to Home Depot to pick up some connectors, etc. and then started the job. He finished up around 8:30pm and I called Nicor. They came out and inspected the work and turned on the gas. They found NO leaks and started up our gas appliances. A long day. But a satisfactory finish.
