The initial plumber came and assessed the problem. He thought the problem could not be completed by him but a technian who had the best equipment to remedy the problem. The second plumber assessed the problem, the 4 inch PVP out to the main sewer had a clog. He placed a camera into the 4 inch PVC out to the town's main. This cleared the stoppage!! Cost just under $100. Amazing, 2 plumbers out on Sunday the day we discovered the issue!

The technician was great -- very polite, efficient and left the work areas clean. Prices were on the high side which was disappointing because I'd hoped to use them for other repairs.

Incompetent and dishonest. Original quote was $270 to reset a toilet that was removed to lay new floor. After 30 minutes price was increased to $670. I agreed because I wanted to get it done soon. One hour later price was increased to $1850 (yep) and technician (David B). packed up and left quickly promising to call next day. Then I discovered that he cracked the main line under the floor. He did not call, so I did. I was told that price still $1875 and someone would call next day. Never offered to fix damage he did. No call ever came. Contacted HomeAdvisor and they opened case and sent another plumber. New plumber agreed that line was broken by someone who lacked needed skills, but that it could be fixed with proper tools and techniques He repaired line and reset toilet for $215. Excellent work. Avoid Precision Plumbing. They are predators that lack honesty and integrity and seek to take advantage of seniors. What kind of person would break something in your home, lie about it and then try to charge an outrageous amount to fix it? Only a liar and cheat!
