Very pleased with service . A little pricey

Although the purchase and installation were a bit "pricey", the customer service (Belinda) and installing technician (Dean Cribaro) were outstanding, and a pleasure to deal with. Both were not only PROFESSIONAL, they were PERSONABLE! They'll bring me back to Precision Plumbing, if a need arises.

Nikko came out to do an outside backyard sewer line inspection. I've never had any problems in the past with the sewer lines, but had it inspected for peace of mind. I was glad I had it done, because Nikko showed me a nasty root inside the sewer line. Once he chopped up the root, the water that was held back could now flow freely through the pipe once again. Nikko found one more root and chopped that up too. Then he checked the drain one last time and when he saw there were no more roots he cleaned up and put his tools back in his truck. Nikko was very smart, informative and answered all my questions. Thank you Precision Today for your plumbing solutions. I will use them again and will tell friends and family to call them for any plumbing issues..

I contacted this company by phone and talked to Rosa. She was delightful and told me a technician would be out within the hour! Brandon came out within the hour and fixed my bathtub which was clogged. Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and gave me great customer service. I will definitely call this company again and ask for Brandon if I have issues in the future. I will also recommend this company to my friends!

The problem with my sump pumps (primary and auxiliary) was not easy to diagnose. Andrew Z. kept trying different tactics until he found what was wrong and fixed it. I appreciated how he was determined to locate the problem and took the time to do it. An added plus is that he explained everything he was doing so that I could understand. Precision Today is very fortunate to have Andrew on their staff and I am fortunate that he was the one who answered my call for help.

Late Friday afternoon we found out there were 2 gas leaks at separate sides of the house, and our gas was shut off. After researching what service fixes gas leaks (plumber shockingly!), we reached out to Precision Today. We were contacted the same day, and they were out the following morning. Ryan eased our mind with explaining the issues, how they would fix it, what they did not recommend, and quoted upfront. In an hour the repairs were done, including installing a new gas pipe flush to the floor. But, there still ended being another leak. Ryan came out a 2nd time in the same day and found the other gas leak under the floor- after another quick repair, our problems were solved. 4 gas leaks to 0 in 24 hrs, and the heat was turned back on. Highly recommend Ryan and Precision Today!
