Paul came out and fixed the problem with my toilet. He was very kind to me and explained everything he was doing. He provided safety by wearing a mask and covers on his shoes. I was very impressed by his work and I definitely will ask for him on my next Plumbing problem

Tim Reed was very prompt, Professional and courteous. Tim tackled a very difficult blockage in my kitchen drainpipe. He even arranged for heavier equipment to be dropped off which did the job. Tim is very professional and a hard worker. I will hire Precision Today if I have any plumbing needs in the future.

Reality professional. Two plumbers. Very helpful, informative. They got the village out to shut off the water so they could work on the main shut off valve in the house. They explained things that did NOT need doing as well. Professional and courteous. Just fabulous.

The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained all of my options with no pressure. He also did a video inspection of my sewer line and it turns out I didn't need it to be rodded out. I'm very happy with the work.
