We had Paul today. He did a great job . I had a long list of plumbing issues and he racked them all. He was pleasant and informative and his workmanship was excellent. I have had Orecision plumbing before and they are super. My go to plumbing company.

Billy was very patient and he took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong with our water heater. He explained what my options were from least expensive to most and also explained what he would do if he were in our situation. As a first time homebuyer, I found him to be honest and transparent.

They got the job done. The reason for the 3.5 rating for the money was the cost for the auger that broke. I should not have to pay for their equipment.
