The father/son team that was sent were very friendly and professional. We had a one day delay on the second day due to weather and they actually called first thing that morning to inform us, we were grateful for that as most don't bother they just keep you hanging.

Great to work with. This was our third project with them (all unrelated). Communication was great. Regular updates provided up until arrival and then got follow up call when completed. They showed up as promised and completed the work in planned timeframe. Quality work. Would highly recommend.

Everything was easy, from the first phone call, to the finished project. NO high pressure calls, or in person visits. The actual job took less time than originally thought. The crew was on time, worked from the time they got there till they left. They were polite, friendly, funny, nice to chat with. They cleaned everything up, & took all the trash + when they left. I would recommend Highland to anyone. Thank you Highland!

The project team explained all that would be performed. Friendly and courteous. Worked hard and finished on schedule. Cleaned up before leaving. They got on very well with my dog.

Scott was my sales representative, answered all my questions responded quickly to my calls/texts. Mike and Mike Jr did the installation. They were very professional, kept everything clean, always on time. Also Mike Green and James, project managers, were also great to work with.
