All the work was done according to our contract and crew of four men stayed until everything was completed, about 6:30 pm. Installed interior French drains and sump pump. They worked together well and quietly, leaving work areas free of debris and dirt/dust at end of project.

Dave with 2 other workers were prompt and efficient. They came when they said they would and finished everything in 2 days. Everything looks fantastic because they protected my personal space with a plastic shield and cleaned everything up. Dirt and rubble was hauled away and they even sprayed my walkways outside. They installed the basement system and connected all my outside downspouts. I would highly recommend Highlander to anyone who needs waterproofing because they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

Highlander Waterproofing exceeded expectations. Sinkholes - from years of improperly draining downspouts - were found by another contractor while the latter was replacing our sewer lines. The biggest hole was under our furnace. And this happened during the 2019 February cold snap. From the first inspection to job completion, Highlander provided knowledgeable professionals who are detail-oriented with good communication skills and a great work ethic. They answered our questions, completed the work on time, did a very thorough job, and were very neat. They also were able to save us thousands of dollars by remediating without us having to have our furnace moved temporarily, and finished some concrete work so we did not have to call back our other contractor. Overall a great experience and a great company to work with.
