I am very dissatisfied with the job Highlander did for me. Jules the owner, told me everything I wanted to hear, and did none of what was promised. The concrete work was subpar, left a total mess in my yard and in my house. The Forman ,Brandon had a horrible attitude. I have called since February to get a return visit to clean up my yard, and never could get Jules to answer my calls. Once he got his money, he had no more interest in solving my issues. This company should be put out of business!

We were deeply disappointed and surprised to receive such a poor review from this particular customer. While we respect that our customers may have varying opinions around their experience with us, we are compelled to share additional details around this project, as there were some important facts omitted from this review. We had ongoing communication with this customer around additional requests for grass seeding and lawn cleanup which began this past winter. Lawn work is not something that can be achieved in the dead of winter; February and March. Also, this customers request for yard clean up was not included in the customer's original contract for scope of work. Having said that, as a courtesy, we did agree to provide yard clean up, which included our bringing in top soil and grass seed in the area where the outside work was previously performed. At that time, she also requested we lend a hand with sealing her windows, as she was not able to do this herself and, rather than refer her to a handyman, we obliged this request and helped her caulk her windows. We serviced the lawn the last week of April once the weather was agreeable, along with sealing her windows. While we are sorry that this customer was unhappy, we did have almost weekly communication with her around her demand for work not contracted, but at no time did she request that we redo the concrete work mentioned above, which we would have been happy to review with her, as well. We pride ourselves on striving for 5 stars on every project we complete and believe that we went above what was required to satisfy this consumer. We are deeply saddened by this review but respect her right to her opinion and still wish her best.

Phil and his team work diligently. Awesome!!!They completed the work in two days. We are very happy with them as they were very respectful and open to questions. The installation looks very well done. Phil is very confident and his quality work shows that. I hope thay are well compensated they work hard.

Professional answering all questions and very efficient getting the job done. Explaining in details why the problem occurred. We were surprised how everything was clean and hardly no dusk and also swept outdoors.

This was a great company to work with, from the initial consultation up through their follow up call. They weren't too pushy, were great about answering questions, were polite and professional while on the job, and they even helped us figure out a payment option when the original estimate was outside of our budget. Would definitely recommend!

The customer service and salesman Gary were great from getting the appointment set up to explaining the work processes to getting the job scheduled in a quick manner. The workers were there all day and worked to get the job done.. The only thing I wish was done differently was better dust control... The plastic they hung was not done well and they left a big open area which caused all of the concrete dust to filtrate my entire home... The cleanup from this job will take a long time.. It went everywhere. Its only been a few days, so I can't say how well the quality of the work is, it looks like it should hold up and the lifetime warranty helps ease any worry that I might have about the job... Overall, happy with the service and job.
