Though our project was scheduled later than anticipated due to a rainy spring and company's work demands, office staff communicated regularly in advance of start date. Workers Scott and Joe were highly competent- patient and informative in response to our questions about the project details, diligent and efficient from start to finish, and respectful of our property in terms of minimizing damage to our lawn and cleaning up thoroughly at project's completion. We are sincerely appreciative of Highlander and crew's professionalism and expertise!

The lack of communication with the company made the entire project a nightmare. My project got delayed for weeks, during which I heard next to nothing from the company, other than **we are trying** Due to a permit issue, they had to delay, and scheduled other work in the interim. Had they told me this, I would have understood and could have used the wait time productively. They never let me know that they had finished. The project manager never scheduled a walk-through to ensure that they met the scope of work. I had requested some additional work to get the foundation up to code, and they never got back to me about it, even after a follow up. The work was good, and the foundation repair guys were great. I did, however, have to initiate any communication that occurred.

We did not realize everything this project entailed......we were left with work to do after the waterproofing and should have had this pointed out to us. As it was not, we had to have work done at additional expense.

Took a little while to schedule, but the work was done quickly and correctly!

The four-man crew did great work installing interior french drains around the entire perimeter, two sump pumps, and a drain on our concrete patio (foremen: George and Bobby, supervisor: Steve). Everything is working and the basement is dry. They were efficient and did everything I expected. Several people who have seen the basement since, and who have experience with this kind of work, have remarked that they did a nice job with it. I also had very positive experiences with Zack who did the estimate and Jen in the front office. The only reason I give 4.5/5 and not 5/5 is that it remains to be seen how things hold up over time, and if I do need them to do some work under the warranty, how well they will respond. Based on my experience so far I have high expectations that any future issues will be handled well.

Everyone associated with this project was top-notch. From Jen in customer service who was always so cheery and helpful, Zack in sales who was also very helpful and knowledgeable, Ryan got me scheduled right away and also answered all my questions. Then the work crew, Dave and Jay, were conscientious and hard-working. They did a beautiful job...everything they were asked to do. And left property in good order...cleaned up to my satisfaction...and I am a little OCD. It matters to me how things look. So if u please me...you have accomplished something. And they did!!
