"What incredible women! Rose and Macarena are the best thing that has happened to my house and me in years. They are punctual, trustworthy and friendly, and they clearly take pride in their work. My house has suffered from benign neglect because I was unable to find anyone willing to do much more than mop and dust. They deep cleaned for SIX hours! On their second visit, they were here almost FOUR hours! They moved every piece of furniture, washed walls, baseboards - things nobody ever even thought of. Nothing escaped their notice. They will keep the house neat and clean by coming weekly. My two dogs love Rose and Macarena, too. Long lost dog toys were found under beds and chairs. If I sound positively giddy, I am. "When an other contractor bailed on me at the last minute, Minnick Home Solutions was able to work me into their schedule and did a fantastic job. The project included both repair and new install of cedar siding, and they handled both well. They made excellent suggestions on some material decisions and design options. Mike M managed the crews and was always there to explain what was going on and demonstrated a real commitment to a quality job. In addition to the quality of the job itself, they showed a great deal of care in preserving landscaping and cleaning up after themselves.
