They set incorrect expectations and did not deliver product as agreed. Very poor customer service to rectify the issue. Long story short we never received the product we were sold.

I would strongly recommend this company for concrete repair, concrete build, and complete waterproofing. They performed all three for us in a timely manner, communicating at all times, and did a fantastic job at an excellent price. I would hire them again if needed.

This company overcharged, work not completed, work was very poor, and caused me to have to get someone else to fix problems created. Holes to be filled and damage to gate when they sawed thru concrete wall to put drain in. Damage to wiring when they did this. Did not cover things moved with plastic across that area. Plus more. The total of work I should be reimbursed is $2,636.77.

We have been in non-stop communications with this consumer around this particular project. The consumer has a handyman who felt it was his duty to try to renegotiate the contract price of our work. This is not a practice we subscribe to. We are sorry to hear that this customer isn't completely satisfied, and have been working diligently to remedy all of her concerns around our workmanship. We will continue to work with her and look forward to an updated review once given the opportunity to complete all tasks to her satisfaction.

Bill,Scott, Nicole and Reuben were very respectful and did a great job. Even with the dirt falling in on us after the removal of the old wall, they kept calm and reassured us that everything would be ok. Bill is very knowledgeable and a good contractor. We are pleased with the work and would recommend them for any job.

John, Clint and the whole team who came to do the work were very thorough, knowledgeable and respectful. Giulio and Jeremiah were very easy to talk to and understanding. Jennifer in the office was very friendly. The customer service with this company is beyond excellent!

I am so glad I chose Highlander! The whole process from start to finish was FLAWLESS! Thank you Tim for all of your help, Julio & Jeremiah you helped me remain calm & kept in touch throughout. My foreman Kyle was AWESOME! He & Anthony were very polite, prompt & did a GREAT JOB! I would definitely hire them again & would highly recommend!! :)
