The guys did a fantastic job getting the basement done. We have a very old house and the basement is a bit awkward to navigate, but they got the whole project done in about two days. A very good experience and I am very happy with the results! My basement always had water in it and their was a bit of a smell. It's been roughly 3 weeks and the smell is entirely gone and the basement is bone dry!

They were very informative about the process/procedures of the foundation waterproofing repair. The work was done by Shaun and 2 helpers. The work was completed in about 7 hours.

The drop down menu for specific project has only one option. I had a French drain installed due to excess water in an area in my backyard.

The employees that arrived to do the work were good workers. They were either unaware of the contracted work or mislead. They were not going to install the J Channel per the service agreement, and they had planned to backfill the ditch with the earth they had removed. The contract called for the ditch to be filled to surface with gravel. The installers called the office and explained that a J Channel was agreed on and someone from the office delivered it to satisfy my request. They were going to install the J Channel in segments vs one solid piece across the length of the ditch. I told them the segment seems would allow the water to get thru the J Channel and weep thru our foundation once more. They did the work as I requested but had I not been there or had I been a customer that did not know any better, this job would not have been done correctly or as agreed upon in the contract.

Guys arrived and got straight to work. They've completed the project thoroughly and in a timely fashion. Guys were down to earth, easy to talk to. I was kept informed on the progress throughout the entire project, I have no complaints...job well done.

I would highly recommend Highlander waterproofing. Mike who I talked on the phone with answered all my questions and checked with me several times to make sure everything was taken care of. Mike and Mike jr. Did a wonderful job waterproofing my basement . Very hard workers and very knowledgeable!

They took the time to adequately diagnose a specific leak coming from the outside exposed porch. Instead of making a quick poor decision, they took the time to get the right fix.
