Despite the extensive sanding required before finishing there was virtually no dust. My old floors now look and feel fantastic. "These guys are TOP-notch. They walked into our home built sometime in the 1950â s and completely renovated it, HGTV x 100. There is no job too large for them. Not only did they give us design and layout advice, but they made the whole process enjoyable. Which is HUGE. They answered all my questions within moments of asking (and trust me, gutting and remodeling an entire house â I felt like my husband and I were annoying sometimes) but they made us feel like we were their #1 priority at ALL times. We had a difficult project: installing a tile facade over a 25' brick fireplace in our home. After a week of treading carefully on scaffolding and essentially performing a highwire act, our new fireplace is stunning. We are grateful for his services and will hire him again in the future. I should mention that working at such heights was not his favorite part of the job (although he was quite cheerful about it) so don't be surprised if he is not eager to do it again. "Jeff/SEC exceeded my expectations. I was in Florida at the time and so arranged everything by text or email for a new home we has just purchased. I hired him strictly on all of reviews. (I admit, I it was a leap of faith!! But for a guy to get all 5 star reviews, I figured he must be doing something right!) Jeff started the job on the day he said he would (imagine that?!). He came every day(M-F) and he finished the 2 week job a day early. How often does that happen when a contractor is hired?!?? Hardly EVER! Because I was away, he offered to arrange with the former home owners when he could come to measure the upstairs floor where we wanted him to install all hardwood. The former owners described Jeff as â delightfulâ â and that gave me more confidence because I never met this man and entrusted him with a key to our new home! The work is flawless! The entire upstairs now looks like hardwood floors were installed when the house was built â -as was done in the first floor.. Jeff sanded the entire first floor hardwood and applied the same stain upstairs and downstairs. Jeff was so great in helping us choose which stain to use. He taped off 8 good-sized sections of wood on our floor and applied a different stain in each section so that we could compare them side by side. This was a huge help and after a phone conversation with Jeff we chose a color stain and it is exacty what we hoped for. When we got to the house all of the floors in the whole house were well swept and the floors were gleaming. There are so many little things that Jeff did that were not directly related to the floor installation. Too many to go into detail - but just know this is a hardworking ,man who strives for perfection in his work and succeeds. Stop looking and reading reviews. This is your guy!"

"I have not had the floors installed as of yet but the salesman, Mr. Neumann was the most wonderful salesman I have ever encounter. This was after I had a much different encounter previously. I called reflow because of their highly rated reviews and the BBB rating. However, my experience with the first salesman was not a good one. Iâ  m not sure if it was him or my lack of understanding the process After he left I was told I had 2 days to make a decision. When I did call the salesman, he informed me that he was on vacation and that I should call the office because they had all of the statistics. When I did call the office, they had absolutely no information whatsoever. I was confused and therefore wrote a very scathing review. I then begin to pursue another company. I even set up another date with the other company. After several phone calls from Refloor, I finally answered and agreed to have another salesman. Enter Mr. Neumann. He was professional, calm, respectful, and trustworthy. I hired him on the spot and my neighbor asked him to stop by her house when done with me. She hired him also. Mr. Neumann is the type of salesman that Refloor should use to train the other salesmen. He is great. I now will give Refloor a higher rating and looking forward to my floors being installed. I"
