Write a ReviewThis was a horrible experience. I have had multiple jobs completed throughout my life at different homes I own, and this one stands out as one of the worst. From repeated promises to start the job?only to have it rescheduled over and over, even after all the materials were ready?to the workmanship being left half-finished, it was incredibly disappointing. I would strongly recommend looking for a different provider if you need siding and gutters. I can give one positive about their company: they are very good at sales. Unfortunately, they fail to deliver on what they sell.
Shawn Stacey was incredible. He was very thorough and demonstrated how knowledgeable he was about the product. Shawn gave us a broad range of options and made us feel accommodated, heard, and taken care of. He provided a no pressure sales experience that we really valued. 10/10.
This is a review based solely on the SALES experience. Solid salesman, friendly, knowledgeable. Sold me on some siding and gutter work. I am satisfied. Update: The work is now all complete. Two work crews were at my home within one week of each other. Both were courteous and professional. The work looks impeccable, and they cleaned up everything when they were done. I would recommend Hansons to anyone.
We hired Hanson's to install new siding on the house. The "What work did you need done" drop down did not include siding installation. The job is now complete and the workmen did an excellent job; however, there was a substantial delay in getting the project started,
Our sales rep Aaron did an excellent job in explaining our window choices. How the windows worked and showed us how energy efficient they are. When we had questions, Aaron was very good about getting back to us with answers. The installation crew were great. They worked on one window at a time and cleaned up after each window was installed. They took the old windows with them. We were shown how easy it is to clean our new windows. As the crew was finishing the clean up, a representative from 1-800- Hansonà ¢à  à  s arrived to make sure we were pleased with the windows and the job the installation crew did. I would recommend 1-800-Hansonà ¢à  à  s to anyone needing windows! From beginning (purchase) to end (installation) , it was a very good experience.
I had a deeply unsettling experience with 1-800 Hansons that I feel needs to be shared. As the project progressed, I was taken aback when the price skyrocketed by thousands of dollars for items that were required the second the installation team showed up but the salesman told me I would not need. Naturally, I sought clarification on these unexpected charges, hoping for a clear explanation. Instead of addressing my concerns, the management responded in a shockingly unprofessional manner. I was not only treated poorly, but I was also threatened with legal action multiple times. This aggressive approach was completely unwarranted and left me feeling intimidated and disrespected as a customer. Rather than fostering a sense of partnership in the project, they made me feel as though I was the problem simply for seeking answers. After what I hoped was a resolution, I paid the full amount, believing that the ordeal was finally over. To my utter astonishment, they attempted to charge me an additional $1,500 shortly after. This blatant disregard for transparency and fairness is beyond concerning. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them, as they seem more focused on finding ways to increase their profits at the expense of their clients. They will bamboozle you into thinking everything is fine with your roof just to have you comfortable enough to sign a contract. They day of installation hit you with thousands of dollars worth of fees. Do not give this business your hard earned money!
