cThey did what they agreed to do.  I can't really complain. The actual work was performed by a sub contractor.  The sub had some issues, the most serious af which was hardly his fault, due to a death in his family the work was interrupted for a week.  My neighbor said he appeared to nearly fall off his ladder one day and he then left the job site without even taking his tools or cell phone.  Paramount is a statewide company and my assessment is that they mostly operate a door-to-door sales operation which secures the jobs and then they sub contrat the actual work.  I think I paid a good deal more for the work than if I had hired a local contractor who lacked the big sales operation and did the work himself or used and employee.  Nevertheless the job is done and to all appearances done well.

From the first contact with Paramount's representative we were impressed with their professionalism and knowledge.  The quality of their product far surpassed any other we had seen. It was a little more expensive than some but we feel well worth it.  The insulation factor is amazing. We already notice the difference in sound reduction and temperature maintenance - the air conditioner hasn't needed to work as hard. Our home had several areas where wood trim needed to be replaced.  The team sent to work on our house was on time, professional and very courteous.  Their skill and knowledge gave us a great deal of confidence.  During the week-long project, my husband had to be hospitalized.  The Paramount team was understanding of my need to be away some of time.  They were always responsive to any questions I had about the job. There was a second team that came to replace our gutters.  They also did an outstanding job and even set up our rain barrels again. Once the job was completed the siding team said they would come back when my husband was out of the hospital to make sure he was also satisfied with their work. They were true to their word and called to make sure he was well and to see if there were any concerns.  My husband only had one concern which was addressed the next day.  Our house looks wonderful!  Our neighbors are full of compliments.  We highly recommend Paramount Builders.
