Reasonable pricing. Delivery on time. Professional installation. Sounds like an ad but it’s the truth. I’m pleased with the result.
The job wasn?t 100% complete before being charged monthly payments. Wasn?t told the truth about financing and they?re charging an arm in a leg for don?t believe low interest rates ask them how the payments work. Every time I call, I have to leave a voicemail in which they do not respond to. When I finally got a hold of a representative she hung up on me and was very rude. Have to call them for information because they won?t contact you about uncompleted work or orders. Bad Bussey very bad business put me in a bad situation. Would go with another company.
Windows are not in yet
Adam Stephenson (from Hansons) came to my home to provide an estimate for a new roof for my house. He did a great job providing all information and pricing and came up with a solution that I was extremely happy with and was able to get it to fit my budgetary needs. I was extremely happy with his service!
Will never deal with Hansons again. Unprofessional and unresponsive. After painting and removing blinds for install they called 2pm day before and said weren?t going to make install appointment and next available was following Wednesday like my schedule didn?t matter. I sent 3 e mails. All ignored. Tried calling customer service 3 times kept getting recording no one available to take my call. Left 3 voicemails all ignored. Installers broke my $17.00 toilet paper holder and dented drywall under it. They credited me whole $20.00 to go to Home Depot, pick up replacement and install myself. The drywall I will have to mud and sand when I get around to painting the bathroom. Hansons will never touch another house of mine.
Beware Run don't walk!! If there was a way to give a negative review I would, this is the worst place to go through, poor quality, poor workmanship, way overpriced, poor customer service.. the windows that were installed were too small and they installed anyway, unlevel filled in with wood and foam, then put multiple different kinds of trim stacked on one another to try and cover up the gap around the window on the inside and a really bad trim job out side.. Hanson tried to tell me it there was nothing wrong with them that I got what I paid for, it wasn't until refused to pay that they waited months before they decided to send someone out to check and see if the would make it right and then the only would fix 2 of the windows..
This was a gutter job! It looks real pretty, but there is no slope on the gutters just straight and level. They also bent some pcs on my home. Have requested someone to come out but nothing yet. Hansons contracts every job out. They don?t have their own crews. I will be calling them tomorrow but we?ll see. Will probably have to sue to get it done. Will never hire Hansons again they are horrible and their staff is rude and unprofessional. Stay away from Hanson?s or you will regret it!
The installers were Great! The gereral manager Scott was a complete jerk. He was very condescending and talked to me like I was an idiot, very disrespectful. After negotiating a fair price I still hired them. Only because they did my roof and if I hadn?t hired them it could void my warranty! The roof was an absolute nightmare disaster, dealing with the contractor and Hanson?s. I will never hire HANSON again for any job in the future!! They are crooks and all?of their staff is rude.
Customer service was excellent. Adam was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling.
