I was very disappointed in the outcome of hiring them. They estimated 3/4 hours of work. After 5 hours they did not finish and left anyway without speaking to me.

Hi Ron! The estimated work did not include the additional tasks you requested once the job was started. The original bid was to power wash the north siding of your home, the driveway, the small area where the patio was not covered, and the mailbox. It looks like power washing the fence, back siding of the home, and cement patio were added when we got there. The additional labor was approved via phone call to our ops manager Katie. Could not get in touch with them easily after job completed when they didnt send pictures like they said they would.

I needed to have my manufactured home pressured washed. They knew how much pressure was needed and what products to use. They came right on time and finished even earlier than expected.

Subsequent to them performing the cleaning, I found out the roof needed to be replaced.

Hi Lew, I apologize for this. Last thing we want is for you to pay for an unnecessary service. We do cancel jobs when we feel the roof needs to be replaced. Roofers with generally lean towards replacing a roof, where we lean towards extending the life a year or two before needing replacement. We reviewed the pictures, and feel like you could have gotten another 2 years out of the roof if you wanted. Sorry we weren't able to pass this info along prior to you paying to replace it.

Miguel and his coworker arrived early to begin work. They were polite and efficient. They took before and after photos which are very much appreciated given that we have a 2 story house and do not wish inspect the gutters ourselves. They were done quickly and our gutters look great. Our entire experience with Envision Property Maintenance has been a very pleasant one, from the estimate to the actual work. We will definitely call upon them again.
