Hi Tony, I apologize you don't feel like you received quality work. Your issue was escalated from the on-site Technician to our Office Assistant, who then further escalated it to the Operations Manager. As explained on the phone, and in the email the Owner then sent you, we did not want to further the damage to your roof and that is why we went the treatment route that you agreed to. We also offered to do an additional treatment for free or to not charge you for the last one, in an effort to go above and beyond. Unfortunately, the specific processes you asked us to perform were outside of our normal standard scope of work. We do not handpick moss off the roof but use a standard metal thistle brush (which again, with the shape of your roof would have done more harm than good). So instead of just taking your money and doing it, we suggested another safer option for you.

Hi Frank! We have tried contacting you to discuss this job. No services were provided while we were there. We gave you some estimates as to what the cost would be to do the service and you said you wanted to think about it. We agreed to an assessment fee that could be applied to the services you wanted when we came back out but we never heard from you! If you still want these completed, please give us a call.
