Write a ReviewSuper easy and excellent work! Will definitely use them again
While my primary problem (drain overflow) was not resolved, they were reasonably priced, cleaned my gutters and even came back without hesitation to try to fix the problem and verify the downspouts were in fact clean and unobstructed.
Collin worked hard and did a good job. he came back to check on one that was a bit hazy and washed it again; turns out it needs to be replaced but he tried.
Hello Tara, Glad he did a good job, we believe in customer satisfaction. We do have a sister company Envision Renovations which can help you with the window replacement if you are looking to do that in the near future. you can email [email protected]
Perfect Job!
Very honest, experienced and trustworthy. Highly recommend. They cleaned the moss off my really steep two story house roof and cleaned the gutters too. They did a great job, highly recommend.
TL;DR version: Envision Property has very nice employees, but they did a really bad job. The whole story: Of the 3 companies Home Advisor sent me, Envision Property was the only one that followed through. One (Pressure Smiths) called a few times, but was a no-show for 2 appointments they had set up, the other (JC Vazquez Cleaning Service) never even called. Braden (one of the owners of Envision Property) was very nice. He had to reschedule with me several times, which was kind of annoying, but in the end not a huge deal. I hired them to clean all my windows, inside and out, all my storm windows, inside and out, and re-hang the storm windows (I had the exterior trim painted over the summer, and the painters took off the storm windows). The job took much longer than they anticipated, and they were unable to get the 2 biggest storm windows re-hung, which is kind of a big deal to me. In fact, one of the main reasons I hired professionals was because of those 2 big windows. Braden texted me that evening they finished to explain why the 2 biggest storm windows had not been re-hung and volunteered to take the cost of those windows off my bill. In fact, he even said he would understand if I didn't want to pay any of it because they weren't able to finish. I told him I thought it was fair to deduct those 2 windows, but they should get paid for the work they did. It had been dark by the time they left, so I was not able to thoroughly inspect their work until the next day. I was shocked and saddened to see what a poor job they had done. Several storm windows are not installed properly (either upside-down or backwards), and virtually all have not been screwed in properly, leaving gaps between the storm window frames and the regular window frames, enabling wind and cold to blow through. If I had wanted that bad a job to be done, I would have done it myself. I gave them 3.5 stars for customer service because they were very nice on the phone and in person, and never ended up billing me for any of their service. The windows themselves look pretty good, but a couple still have major smudges and fingerprints on the outside part of the window/inside part of the storm window (i.e. the part I cannot get to to clean). I would have preferred to spend the money and have the job done correctly. This is an example of "you get what you pay for". I'm severely disappointed. ps I gave them a 0.5 for "How would you rate the value for money", because the website required I give a rating. However, since I didn't pay anything for the service, that question isn't really applicable in my situation.
He was wonderful and professional.
arrived as scheduled. hand cleaned the gutters, no mess. I have a steep roof on the south side which he was able to safely clean. I will use their services in the future.
