Did not clean the gutters the way they explained in their quote. Washed most of the debris down the downspouts instead of scoping it out. Which plugs the ground drains. There were gutters they did not clean. Have to hire someone else to do them again.

Hi Diana, I reviewed the pictures from your job and do not see any debris remaining in the gutters. These pictures were attached to your invoice. Please let me know if you cannot see them still! We did come out after the initial service and removed one of your downspouts to help with the clog you mentioned to us. Hopefully that showed we are willing to help complete the job correctly. We didn't do any work on the roof itself, but we do have a good tile roofing company we can refer you to.

I was lucky enough to get scheduled same day after a heavy fall rain. The price was right, so I booked it. Harley came out and did a great job taking care of the clogged upper gutters in my house. I like to do a lot of my own work around the house, so he gave me some recommendations for when I want to take core of it myself and some improvements, like downspout covers, that may help. Anyway, Harley was great and Envision was great.

Great communication skills and focused on doing the best job. This included a review of my roof and determination that a normal cleaning would damage the tiles... so they presented options and we agreed on a plan. Feel like they have my best interests in mind.

Rude workers; disregard for care of property; rude call personnel.

Hi Jessica, Unfortunately, the main issue was the multiple racial slurs that were used when speaking to our Technicians. You were also putting yourself and our company at risk when you tried climbing our ladder and we asked you to get off. This is a situation in which our Technicians are trained to be firm as these situations can be life or death. Due to liability issues, and your safety, only employees are allowed on our equipment. We do take before and after pictures of the job, and after a review, you did get an excellent gutter cleaning.
