I just had my pool resurfaced with Colonial Pool and Spa and what a wonderful job! Thank you to the team: from Tiobey the sales representative and project manager, Jack, Isidro, and Danny. Excellent communication, and completed the job on schedule. I recommend them for pool resurfacing!

Colonial pools and Spa did a great job resurfacing and re tiling our pool! Jack and Mike are fantastic to work with they were out there every day checking on the progress . We also had to get a new skimmer the old one was cracked.. They also changed our pool from chlorine to salt water. We are so happy with the service and communication we changed our weekly pool service over to them. Call Mike and Jack w/ Colonial if you have any work needed on your pool.

Jack, the General Mgr was extremely helpful in explaining the pool resurfacing project and what to expect. He answered all my questions & has kept me up to date as the work is progressing. The demo team of Icederio and Tim did an excellent job of of tearing down the old pool surface & made all the necessary preparations for the next phase of the project. They worked hard, were friendly & respectful. I was impressed by the extra effort they made to get everything neat & clean before they left. Thank you all so much! Anna H.

Best pool company by far. Every representative has been professional, skilled, and responsive. They rescued us from a disappointing contractor and completed the resurfacing project immediately with non stop hard work by Isidro and the team. I then switched my maintenance to them and could not be more happy and confident. Contact Jack. He will deliver exactly what he says. Jack and his team were amazing All I can say is they are simply amazing from start to finish! Real people answer the phone and respond immediately to any concerns! I have never owned a pool before so I did a little research and found that the Gulf Stream is manufactured near Cape Coral and is built for the Florida climate and conditions. Brian presented me with a quote for a Gulf Stream unit as did another company. The initial estimates were very close but when I asked for the coating process to be applied and to have the app that controls it installed on my phone, the other company's price began to rise.Colonial agreed to include them at a significantly lower cost. I accepted their offer on a Friday and the heater was installed the following Tuesday. After encountering a glitch in installation of the app, the tech called Gulfstream and a technician was here at a scheduled time on the following day.. He solved the problem and left me a number to call if I need help in the future. Over all, I am very pleased and comfortable with my decision to purchase the heater from Colonial Pool and Spa. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
