Write a ReviewThey were prompt and kept me informed about what was going on. They even showed me how the filter system was set up incorrectly and were able to correct the issue. My only negative feedback and it is minor is when they offered to fully automate the system for me (with a bigger price tag) the tech did not want to take "No" for an answer and kept trying to sell me a system I did not want. Minor complaint, so overall I thought they were responsible and did an outstanding job.
We were impressed with Colonial's immediate response to our service request through Home Advisor. They were very prompt in setting up an appointment and our service representative, Matthew, was able to diagnose our problem within 5 minutes. He provided us with a variety of options to fix our problem. When we chose to upgrade to a new system controlled through our smartphones, Matthew was very knowledgeable about the system, installed it promptly and was very patient in explaining the operation and answered all our questions. We feel very comfortable knowing we can call on Matthew if needed.
Robert the owner is extremely responsive, honest and he explained everything well. I dId call once and did not get a call back but if you don't get a reply within 24 hours I would recommend calling back because once you do, they do realize they have missed a call then make every effort to meet your request. I understand when they get busy these things can happen.
