"Unlike some of the other companies I met with, The Window Depot did not bring a bag of tricks to show some goofy demonstration comparing the old windows to the new ones. They talked about the new windows insulation ratings, what they were made out of, how to replace them under warranty, warranty terms, and the price (so basically, they were more professional than other companies). The only thing I would say could be improved was a minor part of communication...one of the windows I ordered was too big to be double-hung in the opening, so there is a small fixed pane above the functioning window. I was not told about this until the install day"

"This was a wonderful experience! First of all Fast Rehabs undertook a job no one else would take. We asked to have the inside of our front door painted. Angel, Eddy and Angel were on time, polite, friendly knowledgeable, diligent and generous with their time. We could not have asked for a better team. They took the door off, sanded and primed it both on the inside AND the outside. They painted and hung it ( which was difficult and time consuming) They fitted it with draft excluding strips (which also was difficult) and they researched, found and installed a special draft excluder for the bottom of the door. Then they fixed the door sill. Meanwhile, the wall next to the door was touched up. We now will not be able to see out around our door! We are beyond grateful and satisfied! I shall be recommending Fast Rehabs to anyone and everyone!"

We hired them shortly after Hurricane IAN to replace our lanai sliding doors and window which were destroyed by the hurricane. Everyone we worked with or talked to at Allsafe was professional, competent and caring. This last item was so important in light of the vast numbers of people needing work done following the storm. They were always empathetic unlike some construction companies weâ  ve been saddled with who were not. The installation team was top notch, on time always and highly professional. They even boarded the lanai up after the sliders were destroyed with a unique sliding plywood door that gave us access to the lanai while we waited for the doors to arrive. "I'm writing this review based on the customer service and sales tech experience. I have not had the window replaced yet but what I can tell you is that my initial experience with this company has been outstanding. I would like to add that most companies have a minimal of three windows to be installed before they do any work for you. This company is not that way if you have one window no matter the size they will replace it. Also they offer options for pricing and some companies have one set product. The window I am having replaced is a large opening with two windows and they were able to give me pricing for a large one window slider or replacing it exactly the same with two windows. The price point was a large difference between the two and that is something I appreciate having an option on price. Richard is the sales rep that I dealt with and he was very knowledgeable, informative and accommodating on scheduling."
