They talked about the new windows insulation ratings, what they were made out of, how to replace them under warranty, warranty terms, and the price (so basically, they were more professional than other companies). The only thing I would say could be improved was a minor part of communication...one of the windows I ordered was too big to be double-hung in the opening, so there is a small fixed pane above the functioning window. I was not told about this until the install day"
