We've been using Colonial Pool & Spa for our weekly pool service since March 2017. Our pool usually looks incredibly clean and, the few times it hasn't been spotless, we notify them and they send someone over to make it right. They are always open to our input and are responsive. We also had our pool resurfaced in 2017. The job ended up being a lot harder than anticipated as the previous owners had put marcite over fiberglass and the fiberglass had to be ground of before the new surface could be installed. Colonial Pool handled the change very professionally. We most recently had them install a new heat pump to replace solar heat panels we've been using. They showed up on a hot day, did a nice job installing the heater. Great company. Nice staff.

My blue Stonescapes pebble finish turned black and I had contacted several pool companies to come out and try to figure out why it happened and get the finish back to being blue again. My wife posted something on social media and Mr Brownlee responded. He came to the house and accurately diagnosed the problem. He recommended a solution that we decided to go with. It was a combination of power washing and acid washing. The crew was here this past week and we now have our blue pool back. Thanks Robert for a job well done when no one else knew what to do. You are the best!

We thought we needed a new pool heater costing thousands of dollars, however, he fixed our sensor for $150! We appreciated his honesty and will call Colonial for any pool problems.

They came to assess my pool heater. I was not present. They pronounced my pool heater dead. Ultimately there was a communication gap between myself and the service technician. The company president Robert followed up and things were sorted. I appreciated that commitment to his customer and company. The office staff were great in their communication and follow up. I will look to them in the future for service.
