Working with Jack was outstanding. I was very pleased with his professionalism. We are looking forward to the finished product sometime in April. We will update the review then. As stated in March, I would be updating that review once the pool was completed. First of all, WOW! The pool looks great. Jack and his team went beyond my expectations. He did everything we asked and then some. The company sent out pool technicians about every two to three days to ensure the pool was operating correctly. I spoke with all the techs, and they were professional and explained every element needed to restart the pool. I felt the emails I received showed me what the chemicals were and how the pumps were operating. They also took two pictures to show the pool, which is part of that email report. In conclusion, without a doubt, I would hire this company to do my next pool without hesitation.

Service and quality were top notch. Very fair pricing and great communication about timing and expectations. Will be using them for the ongoing weekly maintenance as well. All work areas were cleaned up daily. Jack and his team were a pleasure to work with!! The pool is beautiful!!

We had several different bids for our pool resurfacing project. But after reading reviews, we were leaning toward Colonial. When we met Jack, there was no debate. My husband and I were in agreement. No more estimates, we found our company. Our pool has never looked more beautiful and the entire job went off quicker than we could have ever hoped. The crew was on time, clean and professional. If we ever need pool improvements in the future, we know who we will call.

Eric as management contact quickly received approval for repair for a pool jet button that had malfunctioned within a few months after service provided, and in light of regularly providing pool maintenance services for some time. Charged only for part, with no charge for labor. Pete repaired button on prompt appt, and his knowledge then and on previous service visit was clearly at expert level. He was pleasant, efficient, and as mentioned, his expertise was evident. He also noticed a leak in solar heating PVC pipe for pool, which accounted for pool water level dropping more than expected(had mystified us for some time). Overall, we have been very happy as customers of this company, and heartily recommend them--a special "shout out" to Eric and Pete, who have been outstanding in customer service!
