Reviews
Write a ReviewThe store manager, Nasha, has never failed in providing timely support to a host of issues associated with our pool. Specific areas include: - installation of new pump - installation of new heater - recommendation for solar panel install company - new pump went bad and she had a new one out and installed within 2 days - Heavy duty pool vacuuming (process is called "Hammerhead") after pavers around lanai & patio were cleaned and sealed. Lots of stuff in bottom of pool that my pool vacuum wouldn't clean up.
Great service and two day install
Called Colonial Pool and Spa one afternoon, and he was here the next morning and fixed the irrigation system controllers and solenoids in short order at a very reasonable price. He also gave me tips about maintaining the system to prevent further problems. Good deal.
Timely, knowledgeable, and honest. And the price was 20% less for the heater than what the pool installer was going to charge. I'll take that anytime!
I have found out, want excellent work done, hire the best. That would be Colonial Pool, and the work was the best.
very professional
JP did a great job removing the old heater and even walked it along the lake since that was the only screen door it would make it through....many thanks for the extra steps and effort to get it removed........mike did a great job hooking up the new heater it looks runs great.......however when he replaced the circuit breaker he chipped paint all around the box frame when putting it back together.....if it was in the garage i wouldn't care but it is inside in our den and the chipped light green paint looks terrible and will have to be re- painted......i didn't notice this until he left and when he made out the invoice i even had to reminded him to include the charge for the new circuit breaker at $75 plus tax since he forgot to add it on the 1st invoice........REVIEW UPDATE ON 11/22/19....THE OWNER CONTACTED ME AFTER I SUBMITTED MY REVIEW AND TOOK IT UPON HIMSELF AND HIS STAFF TO MAKE IT RIGHT......MR.R PLANTE DROPPED BY TO GET A SAMPLE OF THE PAINT COLOR AND YESTERDAY ALEX DROPPED BY TO RE-PAINT AROUND THE CIRCUIT BREAKER FRAME AND IT LOOKS GREAT......THANKS FOR EVERYONE AT COLONIAL POOLS FOR DOING A GREAT JOB AS YOU DESERVE A 5 STAR RATING
The office was good to work with. The installers were friendly and knowledgeable.
