Capital was fantastic! Jason showed up the same day, going out of his way to adjust the cost to fit our budget. They are fantastic communicators. I got an email reminder each day about who and when they were coming. Then, the tech calls while he's on the way. Our technician, Scott Simon was a fantastic communicator and his workmanship is 5-Star! This was all done long distance because of the pandemic. I trusted them completely and that trust was well placed! Don't bother with anyone else! These folks are terrific. Honest, timely, bright and terrific at keeping promises.

The process does not work well with flexible ducting. Make sure you tell them if you have flexible ducts attached to your furnace. We did and I didn't know it was a problem until the tech arrived. He conferred with his manager and came up with a solution, however, they could not utilize the best cleaning process because of the flexible ducts.

Staff was interactive and the people who showed up for the duct cleaning were also interactive with me as owner of the property and not on site. Gave me advice on status of heating system.

Capital Heating & Cooling did an excellent job cleaning the duct work in my home. The technician, Dan, was very considerate and explained the process as well as answered any questions I had. When I called to inquire about the process the office was very easy to work with.

The team that came out to do the install was great, the only reason i gave them one knock. Was due to the sales guys tell me i have 24 hours to accept the price or it goes up. I would have like time to shop around.
