Overall extremely happy with the quality of the automated, yet personal experience this company delivers. Jake reached out the very next day to setup an appointment. Offered to match other bids. The level of communication was impeccable. Everything was spot on until I actually looked at the aftermath. All of our registers are now tweaked (bent open to get the hose in), and they left quite a mess behind. Metal shrapnel, dust, chunks of ?? on the furniture, carpet, blankets, whatever was below them in the finished basement. The men were still very professional, excellent communication, and willing to answer any questions I had. By far one of the best companies we have done business with in quite some time. The before and after pictures prove a job done well, I highly recommend Capital Heating & Cooling!

I hired Capital Heating &Cooling for air duct cleaning. The technician, Garrett, was very friendly, explained everything he was going to do, and clean up was great. The one thing I didn’t like was the aggressiveness of their sales team. They continue to text, call, etc. until they hear from you.

i had jake &james do some duct work they were a real pleasure to have here then Brandan installed an Aprilaire and a furnace motor . everything was explained they were very curtious everyone there is so nice

Duct cleaning: Alex called to say he was on his way and gave an expected arrival time. He was friendly and courteous. Alex answered all my questions and showed me before & after pictures during the cleaning. One minor issue; I found metal chips from the duct hole drilling on my concrete floor. I easily swept these up. I believe Alex would have done this if he had seen the chips before he left. I would have more concerned if I had a carpeted floor. I would hire Alex again.

Brain and Alexander were great and explained everything as they installed. Contact person was Justin. Be careful though as once I got the bill, the loan wasnâ t what I was promised.
