This is an unbelievable company to work with. Sales and service were superior. The sales team was very helpful in picking out the right furnace and air conditioner for us. The technicians were very personable and answered all my questions. They left the house in excellent condition. Everyone we have dealt with have been very professional and polite. I have never dealt with such high levels of individuals. Please pass on our thanks and gratitude.

The technician was friendly. He showed pictures of my supposed vents after they were cleaned but not sure if they really were my vents or a vent that they show to everyone once they are done. The vents in the house were dented by the technician who was cleaning them with the air hose, it would have been nice if he took them off to clean them. The plastic covers put over the vents in the basement by the person cleaning the ducts were never taken off when finished. Our gate they took off to go down to our basement was replaced but does not close now, it will need to be fixed by someone(added to otherwise expensive cleaning expense).

the Tech person did an excellent job. Very friendly. But if you have dogs or cats, I would recommend them not being home when he comes to clean the ducts. Lots of loud noise & banging on the ducts.

Very professional and courteous. A pleasurable experience. Only problem was that I was quoted a new customer price and charged the regular price. When the office called to check on the work I mentioned it and they said that they would send a refund.
