Dave did a great job going over the work to be done and what needed to be done. He spent 2 hours with me prior to making a decision and didn't try to do a hard sell.

2 men arrived to replace ductwork. 1 man left early leaving other to finish work until 8:00pm. 2 ducts were not connected, one not properly and the other not at all. Coincidentally, the very next day a $300 part for our AC unit broke only an hour after turning on air.

Everyone that I dealt with were wonderful (from my initial call to after the install)! They made me feel that I was important! They listened and answered all my questions without making me feel like I was a bother...even the installer was patient with me :) If you want a HVAC company that truly has a heart...call Capital Heating...you will be VERY happy.

the two gentlemen were very friendly and extremely conscientious about bringing in dirt from the outside, Mike although appeared young in his years was very knowledgable about his work
