One of the recommendations was that I have the chimney cleaned more often. I will have All for One Chimney do that for me. Mr. Brown worked very efficeintly cleaning the chimney. He also installed animal/rain caps. He left everything clean. His prices are reasonable. I liked that I knew in advance what it would cost.
